Mike Marquez and Candace Harrington were both very helpful in getting my 2007 Tacoma fixed and back in working condition.
I really only had two concerns:
1) The lack of availability of parts at the dealership. I wound up having to provide my own wheel bearing part so that I didn't have to wait over a week to get the job done
2) Christina Sanchez was EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of. I must have called her direct line 18 times in 6+ hours, and NOT ONCE did she pick up the phone. Phone kept going to the voicemail of a Javier. Left messages & did not receive a call back.

I was disappointed with my service because I had an appointment at 10:30 and did not get a text till 3 pm notifying me that my car was in good hands. I then received a voicemail at 4:57pm that they were "concerned because they had not heard from me." I called back maybe 15 minutes later to be told that my breaks needed to be changed and someone had called me earlier to notify me. I HAD NO MISSED CALLS OR NOTIFICATIONS. I proceeded to ask how it could be possible for breaks to wear down to a "2" so quickly and apparently they were at a "4" my list visit. Why was I not informed of this my last visit? That way I could prepare to have them changed or change them out myself. To top it off, the man helping me started stacking on all these "issues" that seemed to be a scare tactic. I will give him my tires, because yes, I noticed myself that they I need new ones but to say "your windshield wipers are destroyed" and "you filter was so dirty" when I was clearly anxious was ridiculous. Filters get dirty, we're in CA and we dont need wipers often, so the sun will destroy them by sitting there. What was supposed to be a quick fix ended up taking a full 23 hours and 30 minutes. I had an important location to go to and had to hound them the next morning to ensure I would make it to the location on time. It was ridiculous!!! I have never felt through Toyota that they would try to **** me around to get more money but it sure felt like it this time! Beyond disappointed.
