I waited from 830am to 7pm for my car to get service this was not acceptable apparently my car was already done but they made a mistake on that I was very upset and not happy with the service so I really don't know if they really service my car it was done in 20 minutes at the last hour at 7pm because I spoke with the manager about it and asked him what happened he did explain to me what happened and what they did wrong so my real question is did my car get service the right way because I waited 10 hrs but they did in 20 minutes.....

Antonio did his job as far as I'm concerned. I bought a truck at your used lot that was not a Toyota certified vehicle. I brought it in for repairs for three different things already and all three things so far cannot be fixed under my bumper to bumper warranty or even the extended warranty I'm very disappointed also that I picked up my trunk and I have mold growing underneath my backseat and they're trying to tell me my leak is coming from my front window I don't understand. Also when I picked up my truck today I had water all over my front dashboard. I'm not understanding the situation. I would like for a manager to call me back. Or even my sales rep Jose Gomez.

I dropped off my vehicle at 10:15 a.m. I received a text that my vehicle was ready at 2:04 p.m. and when I dropped off my husband to pick up my vehicle he had to wait for over an hour because nobody there could find my vehicle. Finally, it was found and my husband was told that it had been mistagged. Having to wait for such a long time and not knowing where my vehicle was is unacceptable!

Kevin Alvarez was outstanding in his efforts to ensure I felt safe and comfortable while my 19 year old Corolla was being serviced. From the time my car was towed to Claremont Toyota by AAA to his final contact that my baby car was ready for pick-up, Kevin made me feel I was his only customer. The whole experience was truly memorable.

I waited 6 hrs 5o get an oil change, and my car's fluids were extremely low after I got my car back. ( after 6 hrs.) 1 LESS CUSTOMER. AT TOYOTA CLAREMONT.
