Olivia was very nice and kind. She answered any questions I had at the dealership, and answered back as soon as possible when I had any questions to ask over the phone. Overall a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Took almost twice as long as the estimated time, but the service was great.
Camdace was very friendly and helpful made me feel welcome since it was my first time taking in a car for service ever. My husband has taken my past vehicle to other Toyota dealers closer to his work but now he had not had time so I brought it closer to home on my own . Firsr time here after a referral from another dealership for an oil change.
I was greeted by an older gentleman, checking me in and telling me to have a great day which was awesome.
Then my service representative, Candace, came to me to serve me my needs and was graciously kind and professional towards my vehicle. She was considerate & informative towards my time there. She alerted me via text & phone call of the finished job and handled the whole transaction very smoothly.
