I was grateful the service department was open on Saturday when my var had trouble. Mike was upfront that it would be upto 2 weeks before they could get to it. Was able to get it towed to a dealership closer to me that could get to it sooner. I will definitely keep you in mind if I have trouble again. Thanks

Took way to long to get the truck cleaned up they said 20 min and it took over 2 hours
We’ve come to Ford Autoworld for a long time purchasing cars and servicing our cars and have always been satisfied with the people the service the time it takes the waiting room the people in the office everyone is friendly and I believe we have always had good service and things have been fixed correctly and taken care of great place to do business. Very nice people always.

You need to get your scheduling system fixed. Thankfully, there was still a technician on site when I brought my car in, although he could have already left. He was kind enough to go ahead and work on my car. But the online scheduling needs fixed or taken down with a note that says call to schedule service.

The service was relatively efficient. It took about an hour and a half, about what I expected. The service was well fleshed out with the report and I would trust my car with this service line again!
