I have always been happy with the service department in the past, and now that it's under new ownership I expect it will stay top notch....yes I was satisfied with my experience today
The water shield was left undone and bolt missing. This will eventually come completely off
Kenzee(sp?) was very accommodating with my appointment and warranty information and scheduling a rental car for me. Mark took me to Enterprise in Muncie and Jason brought me back the next week and both were great. Hayden(sp) reassured me that my truck was repaired at check out time. Thank you all!
Super nice did a great job
Where do I start. This started back before Ed Martin had Ford. Had E&B f150 off and on since October 2022.
I own a personal Ford also but would probably not use this service center at this time to do any work on my personal vehicle.
On a Super Duty truck it should be standard procedure to adjust air pressure when doing a rotation. It is frustrating to have to deal with alarms and doing this myself after paying for service.
It would have been better if someone would have talked with me about what they found
The price is outrageous for just a oil change. I get you gotta pay people. But to charge 80 bucks for a simple oil change. No thanks I won't be back.

The vehicle I purchased 2 days ago has no heat. I informed my sales person of this problem the day I purchased it and basically he said there is nothing he can do about it. I am very unsatisfied with this purchase because of this situation!
The detailing was done very well. The service mgr was nice. However, I paid $3000 for extra services, 1 being car detailing. I called before the time experired. The dept was closed, so it could not be done. He said to call back, whi he I did 2 more times, still not in operation, for whatever reason. He (Travis) said he would honor my last detail job. Then I purchased tires around the time of the company changeover. When I called about the detail job I asked if it would be honored, said yes. Then when I left it, she called to say it was past the expiration. The Mgr said it could be the wholesale price. It should have been free.
Have door lock issues with passenger side of 2022 Maverick. That was Friday that it was worked on - here it is Sunday & it's not working again. This is the fourth time it's been not working & it's still not working. Everyone is nice but the issue is not getting fixed.

I was informed of some work that needed to be done (lug nut issue). However I think the lug nuts had already been cut off prior to my approval. Can’t prove it, but I think it.
Lindzy wasn’t doing the work so it was not her error. I’m not sure I will ever trust or return to Ed Martin Ford. Muncie is not that far from where I live on the north side of Anderson.
It was an expensive oil change and tire rotation. Not pleased
Service work was performed exactly as needed, technician was professional and courteous,and Kynzee Lynn did a good job of keeping me informed on the progress of my service.
Fast convenient very satisfied
After what i has to pay, they didn't reset clock or message screen.
