Treated like royalty as soon as we made our way to the service dept. We thought our car would take most of the day, but done before noon and out the door! Excellent!
They took time to discuss some concerns I had with my truck in a way I could totally understand what they were doing and why. I certainly appreciated their willingness to take time with me.
Eddie was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I appreciated his service.
My only negative would be labor is very pricey.

Kynzee did a great job. She searched the computer until she found my scheduled appointment which had not been put onto the appointment schedule. Also, after I had pulled out of the garage, I realized the window sticker showing when the next oil change would be due had not been changed and went back to the service department check-in. I asked her if I was supposed to have gotten a new sticker. She said yes, printed out a new one, placed it on my windshield, and apologized for the error and any inconvenience it had caused me. I was very impressed with and appreciative of her helpful attitude and professionalism.
I called and referenced a recall , 22S26 for wiper arms on my ‘21 F250. One of them fell off. They ordered the part and installed the next. Only took 45 minutes. I was very pleased it worked well and fast
My only disappoint is that this recall wasn’t caught and dealt with when I had the truck serviced in January
