The work was not completed. And "why" was not clearly explained.
Travis was off work ill for a couple days, and I had to rely on the tall bald headed guy in the service dept. I would still like to know why the SYNC on my dash board screen is not updated.
Travis was very apologetic for it taking longer than expected. Communicated well and was friendly when I checked in for updates. Car is running well so far!
