Some thing I noticed right away, was such a positive, welcoming attitude not only by Travis, but other employees. Good job!
Travis was especially good to help me remember to get my valuables out of the car and quickly set me up with a ride home. I couldn’t have been happier!
I’ve been going to Ford Autoworld since Brian Lawton transferred to the dealership. The service department has taken care of myself and my entire family. They allow us to drive our Fords with confidence.

Battery low on charge not mentioned, spare tire not checked, not mentioned part needed had to be pre paid, was only told part needed cost(did not mention additional labor cost), charged more than coupon amount, not sure all services on coupon completed

Your service depth is great but I'm not really happy with sales as I have tried to trade there but was way off on difference compared to a other Ford dealer sorry but that is the way it was I had already bought car from you and couldn't even come close on second one
