Amanda was great! There were small droplets of oil that were not wiped off under the hood. Also there was dirt that needed to be cleaned from the inside the car (shoe swiped the car door, I do this all the time too). Aside from these minor issues everything was great. I will definitely continue to use Mike Whatley Honda.

I have never had a bad experience visiting Mike Whatley! Candis is a an amazing customer service representative. She’s always smiling and welcome customers with joy! I can tell that she loves her job and she loves the people she works with. Candis is the best!!

I used to go to Bob Boyte in Brandon...but Mike Whatley's Service Dept is way better than Bob Boyte! Always great service, no pressure to constantly replace items that don't really need replacing. The area is always nice and clean and employees are always very respectful and courteous. I would recommend this Service Dept to anyone.
