Teuh Fears , is extremely nice, courteous and very professional. She went out of her way to help me with a situation in my vehicle that I didn’t know how to work, she fixed it that’s what I mean. When I say good customer service she is extremely helpful and professional. Never been tonNissan and she made my first visit extraordinary.
From the moment we met Teuh she was courteous and showed a courteous demeanor of a willingness to help. She definitely delivered on the time expectation she estimates of the vehicle being completed. I wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of drive time to find out that a warranty does not cover a crack in a windshield but only cover repair for a chip. This could have been something I was told over the phone.
Brooke listens to me when I tell her that I have a problem with my car and she works hard to fix the issues.
Brooke has excellent customer service skills. I called her yesterday and she scheduled me without hesitation today. She constantly checked on me while waiting to hive me updates. She has always made me feel like we have known each other for years. She is a great asset to your company!

I was, as usual, extremely pleased with the service I received from Kristamarie Calabrese...my usual service rep. She handles herself with both warmth and professionalism at all times. In addition she demonstrates a good eye for detail when it comes to automobile-related issues. I really appreciate that and all the other fine qualities she exhibits when performing her job. I hope Matt Blatt Nissan appreciates the excellent job she does that always keeps the customers coming back to your company for service on their vehicles! The only reason why I go to MATT Black is because of the service it is excellent and so is the service manager, Kristamarie Calabrese I had problems with the sales team so I am there only for the service which is excellent
I was not happy that I could not CHOOSE synthetic BLEND! For someone who religiously changes oil and doesn’t have sports car and doesn’t drive at high speeds not very far? I don’t need to spend the extra money for full synthetic oil - even the manufacturer doesn’t mandate full synthetic oil in this make and model— over $100 for an oil change? Definitely not coming back
