Teuh was very friendly, informative and happy. She explained everything step by step. She walked me to my car and wished me a great rest of my day. She also gave me reassurance in finding my next new car once my lease is up-maybe another Rogue or maybe a Murano.

I had an appointment which was not honored since I was Told no appointment needed for an oil change After waiting I'm hour and a half without any service. I will certainly think twice before coming back for an oil change
