Thought I would get that little extra TLC by taking it back to where I bought it just got oil and filters that’s it may not be worth the 80 mile trip

Rookie was professional and very helpful and did her best to make an unpleasant situation bearable. When a person needs repairs and has to drive a 100 mile round trip the job should be completed correctly the first time and not necessitate another long trip to finish the job. It costs your company money and it costs me time and money. Time is money. I appreciate the fact there was no charge for the second trip.
