Everything went great but I would like to know why I was hit with a 3% charge for using my credit card. That kinda stinks. Might have to thi k a out using Matt Blatt next time

Teuh was so kind and helpful! We were definitely a little stressed out about our rear view mirror breaking and she went above and beyond to make sure it could be fixed the same day. She also went out of her way to find a tech to fix it asap to save us some money. We are so grateful. Thank you!!!

The staff is so nice but I was told 3 hours tops and it went past 5 hours. Also a light was on on my dash no one checked it. It means light fir engine. So it is a problem and no one checked it. The people are lovely. Just. Once red about service on the actual vehicle
Felt service was dishonest things suggested were not needed yes recommended but tires were recommended but put on over a year ago and brakes as well they were recommended. Also done both front a nd back thought it was a unhonest upsell. Then was told it was the wrong car after recommendation was denied and the reason by me that I said it was done recent. Then everything else recommended was just a joke . Lost all faith in the process . Never had this type of update and def did not look over while car to find these recommendations. Not everyone’s gullable .
I had a key that worked before I hit the battery changes at your place. Told I’d have to pay for reprogramming. Had to set a new appointment. Waited two hours to have you tell me it needs to be replaced. Pay upfront and new appointment since you don’t stock them. Oh now you notice I “need” new tires so you give me a quote. Lol. Right. Now I need to set another appointment. I’m almost six hours in here. Oh yeah adding 3% really? And charging for topping off fluids during oil change? I’m surprised you didn’t charge to use the bathroom!
