I drove car to get oil changed. Brook my service advisor is really nice and efficient and I don’t want to make this a complaint because she does a good job. But I wish that when she told me my transmission was in bad shape and needed repair that she showed me the papers from the maintenance department. It felt a little rushed to go to speak with john in sales. I Do Agree that I need a new car. I just wish she went over my diagnostic exam that cost me $175 I’ll be back at 11 Am Wednesday July 12 to purchase a new car w John and trade in my old car

I really needed an oil change and got told of a work trip the next day. I was able to get there a few minutes before 5. Brooke was super gracious about my late arrival. it was a huge load off my mind. I love the express service.

The only thing I would add is that your receipts should be more clear reading the charges. Labor cost should not be listed as other. All charges should be listed separately so u can see exactly what you are paying.

Matt Black Nissan is over priced. The cost of a diagnosed on a vehicle is over priced tremendously. The service center also does a very poor job returning your car in a timely fashion. Nissan doesn’t help with car service.
