1st oil chg / tire rotate. I had to pay for tire rotate, after being told 1st was complimentary. No other fluids were checked . Poor 1st experience!

I made an appointment for an oil change and was told that oil changes are now “first come first serve” even if you have an appointment. I think if you have an appointment your car should move up in line. If I want first come first serve, I can go to one of those oil change places.

Over two hours for an oil change is a bit long . Thought I was also getting tire rotation which would have justified the long wait . After looking at my receipt did not see that tire rotation was done

I cannot say enough about Teuh and the customer service she provides to me on each experience. I'm also pleased with how she was able to accommodate my schedule and ensure my vehicle was a priority enough for prompt attention. I appreciate the service team as well in all their efforts to ensure all my concerns were addressed appropriately. As a consumer in a world of steep competition, that means a lot to me!
