The service provided by Jon Hernandez was acceptional. However my tires for my routine maintenance were not filled and the complimentary car wash left my vehicle filled with water mark streaks all over when I had none of that prior.

Michael was very courteous but, I didn't appreciate him trying to sell me services that I didn't need. I explained to him the maintenance book tells me when to change the transmission fluids. I believe this is called upselling which is illegal. I don't know if he was unaware of when to change fluids. But he was very nice.

I brought my Chevy in Wednesday morning, Jon was great explaining and listening to the concerns. I told him I must have the brakes completed by Thursday at 5:30pm.I had Drs appointment and needed my truck. Jon was very punctual and communicated the steps being taken. The dealership has problems we have never dealt with in over 10 years dealing with Paradise. They didn’t get my truck on the rack to check the breaks until Thursday at 3PM with not enough time to repair it. It caused us great inconvenience to find a way for me to get to my 2 Drs appointments on Friday. This is NOT Jon’s fault, this is a dealership schedule problem or lack of service repair people. We are unhappy
