Chris handled everything and kept me updated the entire way. He was sharp and informative the entire process. The rental he got was a perfect fit while repairs were underway. I have come to expect a level of service as a Cadillac customer that includes a courtesy vehicle or shuttle driver. Especially when the service being provided is due to a warranty issue. My last few visits I've had to ask for special accommodation and manager authorisation for an Uber driver. Peter was outstanding and is put in a difficult situation to have to explain to a long time Cadillac owner that the perks of that title are no longer available.

Trevor is not my service advisor and upon arrival for my appointment me had been advised that Cris S. my service advisor would not be in on the day of my appointment, me and my wife patiently watched cars on both sides of us and in back of us being taken care of before us, so I went into a booth with two service advisors Trevor took the initiative to not only to see who are substitute was he jumped in and took over wining me over, he is very knowledgeable and an asset to Paradise whom I have been a customer for a couple of decades every service advisor has asked me to give a good survey not once did Trevor asked me to give him a good survey but he sure has earned it excellent job Trevor.
After purchasing a new car I shouldn’t have to be going through what I have been through. Tire sensors are defective not the right ones on the tires I have purchased. It has taken 3 service visits for your technician to figure out. Know waiting for the correct sensor & another visit.
James does a good job on my car.
My brake issue was not resolved. Jon said it was road tested and no issue was found but the brakes did and still do squeak. I will now have to bring my car back in which is a huge inconvenience for me and my large family.
