I am really appreciative of Autumn. She goes above and beyond! An example was that she ensures my vehicle is seen and serviced quickly and she always keeps me appraised of the progress. She delivered my truck this week in a downpour so I would not have to get wet and it was truly appreciated! Job well done!

Everyone was great but the lady who rang me up was a bit dismissive. Autumn was not that person.

Autumn was very concerned that she was doing a good job. She couldn’t find anything wrong and so called me to pick up the car. The car started up right away but I couldn’t put the gear knob in drive. Autumn got all the diagnostic paraphernalia out and got right to work. The next day she assumed that it was a sensor that would get overheated. She replaced it. So far the car is running. Thank you Autumn for being so diligent.
