Excellent staff excellent service
I took in my 2014 Ford Fusion due of a squeaky noise. According to the technician it was the rear brakes. The edge of the brake pads were very thin which meant it was already hitting the roder. The technician proceed with changing the rear brakes. The following day I drove it, I was still hearing the squeaky noise but very lightly. The weekend passed and I contacted the advisor on Tuesday since not only the squeaky noise was there but also a worse noise was coming from underneath the vehicle. This would occur every time I pressed on the breaks. I felt concern and still am because I drive daily to San Luis Obispo for work. Make it short, I took my vehicle in on Monday 10/2/23 and I received a call from Lisa stating that my brakes were good and everything was fine. I knew the brakes were fine because I got them done last week, however I wanted to know why the noises were still there! The louder noise underneath wasn’t there when I took it in last week! Today, Tuesday 10/3/23 nobody called me to follow up on my vehicle. Almost 10 years of being a loyal customer, I couldn’t get a call!! I picked it up with the decision I won’t be using Ford services. Lately, I been having issues with you guys and it seems nothing gets done right. I strongly recommend better leadership in this department so concerns from other customers can be taken care off including mine.

I was there 5 hours for an oil change & YOU. Guys didn’t do ANYTHING to my truck.. I have to go to AG ford now to get the service I had requested.. Worst experience I’ve ever had & will not recommend SM Ford to anyone I know

Lisa was great! Everything was done timely and efficiently.
The issues I had were as followed- wasn’t able to set an appointment online, called multiple times and never got ahold of anyone in service. Left a message and didn’t receive a call back. So I called back a 4th time and finally spoke with someone in service and made an appointment. Waited for my vehicle, my service was to take an hour and a half. It took over 2 hours. I guess there was an issue with the air compressor which wasn’t notified until later. She was upset about that, but she let me know it wasn’t her fault. I know things happen but, as a customer I shouldn’t feel like I was the problem. After that she must have cooled off and was cordial. I believe if your working a customer service job, then that’s what you need to be providing as a hole. Service at this Ford location has never been the greatest, but it seems like it has declined even more. Not sure if the staff is overwhelmed, but again that’s no fault of the customer. I will probably taking my business elsewhere from now on.
