Had appointment. Told 2 hours for work to be completed. I came back and had to wait--took 5 hours for truck to be finished (driver side airbag replacement.) When Julian checked on when my truck would be ready (as I waited in customer waiting room,) he had to have a different mechanic finish work as first mechanic stopped work. I did not ask why first mechanic stopped work on my truck. Julian asked "did you see the line of cars when you arrived?" (At 9:30.) Why was I allowed to book an apt if the shop was too busy? What is the use of making an apt? Could all of this have happened because this was a non-paying procedure? (Re: recall on airbag.) I was calm and kind in my behavior with all staff. I feel disappointed with the way things were managed. I feel Julian works diligently to do his job professionally but things definitely were not managed properly. I will not be posting any comments on social media--I believe that is mean-spirited for people to do unless someone is injured or killed. This was just a matter of poor management...
