All I can say is I will never recommend you. Customer service beyond low and I mean low. When you f up take responsibility and treat your customers well before they escalate to regional managers. Be a team. Stop finger-pointing. Return customers' calls. Stop being defensive when something goes wrong on your watch apologize and fix it.

I had not used the pick up and return service before, I thought my vehicle would be returned in a timely manner. I did not realize that it didn’t have a specific appointment time for service The pickup and return service was awesome though.
When I first picked up my truck yesterday I turned my air conditioner on and when it was on high it made a weird noise and I could feel vibration and today it went completely out! My son kicked underneath the passenger side dash and it went back on! Njhad that problem before

It started when my bac door wouldn’t open. The tech said it was fixed and sent my truck home. It turned out that nobody even checked the back doors. I got my truck back, still broken. Then I had to wait a second day for a part. I finally got it repaired and returned after the third day. I need my truck every day. I had 3 days of lost income. It was all the result when it wasn’t initially mis-diagnosed. It was just one big error.
