First, when I went to check in I told them I had made an appointment and no one told me that I didn’t. When I looked at my estimate paperwork, I noticed that they marked that I didn’t have an appointment. I have both a text and email confirmation of my appointment on the 4th at 9:45. I was told it would be ready around lunch. I decided to call at 2:00 which is well after lunch and was told it should be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up at 2:35 and my car still was not ready. I waited almost an additional hour not paying for and getting my car until 3:15. No one seemed too worried about it. I sent a text, tried to call the service manager, my husband tried calling the service manager and got no response. I will not be returning for any type of service in the future.
The is a problem with the car and I have to bring it back. The issue should have been noticed by the tech.
Patrick was great as usual?? service was quick with only one glitch ? The service mechanic ? put the rear window wiper on backwards ? I paid $50 dollars for the blade and installation and when I got in my car decided to check to see if was working properly. To my surprise it didn’t and I asked Patrick to get someone to correct this mistake. He got right on it and sent someone out immediately and he took the blade off and turned it around and correctly installed. Have always gotten great prompt service and really enjoy the Santa Maria Ford Dealership. Thank You, Paul K
My appointment was at 8:30am and waited until 22:30 than decided to call and was told my car was done at 9:30 and that I was called I never received the call but my question, why wasn't I called again to let me know my car was done, instead I had to call you!!!

We appreciated your service! Both of us worked with community service! Just make sure with future long term services that you keep in touch with those individuals on a weekly basis! We had NO vehicle for 4 weeks and then had a loaner for the next 4 weeks!
