Danny was a hero! We broke down with two dogs and a cat moving from Wisconsin to Sebastion Florida. Danny helped us get a wrecker and assured me he would follow the process. The experience was amazing! Danny was great, I was surprised the services was so quick. I am glad because in my last regular services I spent almost 3 hours waiting for the car! Keep doing the great work you are doing!

The main problem was that my front passenger tire needed air. My vehicle was there for hours and no air was put in tire. I was told that I needed 4 new tires and other services. We were on vacation and I shared that my daughter had been dropped of at the ER. After leaving the dealership, my tire pressure light came on. Once air was put into the tires, the jerking stopped. That was the reason I took my vehicle to the shop. I left a dissatisfied customer. My family and I made it safely back to Pensacola and I am back home in Alabama.

I waited there 3 hours without any status or updates. They were waiting to contact my fleet services for more items before asking me in I wanted them. It doesn't take 3 hours for an oil chy, especially if you have an appointment.

Didn’t have appointment and you fit me and and repaired my car. My normal dealership (central fl Toyota) refused to even let me come by for air in in tires. You checked figured in problem in service waiting area before car was in shop and had me in and out without appointment in 2.5 hours and always kept me posted about progress with speaking to me in person and even showing me broken part. I’m 100% satisfied with my first service with your team and Toyota of Orlando and will return
