It is my understanding you get a courtesy car wash. I assume this would included vacuuming the inside of the vehicle. On this visit the outside was wash but inside was not vacuumed out. In past curtesy car wash the inside was vacuumed. I didn’t expect a detail but certainly vacuuming. I don’t know, maybe since Covid things have changed????

Jesse was very much in communication with me, and I appreciate his interest in keeping me informed on the progress of my car’s service. A part had to be ordered which delayed the repair until the next day when Mr. Santiago was not working at the dealer. He still called me to let me know my car was ready.
