I am still experiencing the same issue I went in to have fixed.
I have appointment at 1:15 Pm. And my oil change was done by 3:40 pm
I paid 33.00 to rotate my tires, they wobbled on the interstate the entire next day, brought them in, they moved the tires back like they were before I paid the 33.00, and now all is good on my tires. The service team said they didn’t recommend anything for the wobble. I really should just get my 33.00 back - and I will take my tires to a tire place (seems to be where the experts are). Plus - when I brought them in for my appointment - I sat waiting for someone to come out and check me in. Waited 15-20 minutes while watching many service people talking about other non work things. Not happy with this service.
Jesse kept me updated in what was going on with my vehicle and made sure everything was able to be completed in this visit
Eddie was so helpful and made getting my car serviced easy and hassle-free!

Great work to Mike for installing the side steps. Please stop asking if i want a trade in value on a vehicle i bought 6 days ago. Your computer guys need to get off the drugs while they are writing code. Thank You. Great job again to Mike!!
Rick was awesome. All your agents should look to him as a role model. He recommended upsells with a soft touch, giving me the information I needed to make decision without feeling like I was subject to a sakes pitch. I took his advice and felt justified for doing so.
