Bryan Mckeon was great and thats about the only thing that was good and satisfactory. The problem I have is the wait time had an appointment for 9:00AM for an oil change. I had my truck in by 8:30am and did not actually get my keys in hand until 11:15. This is not the first time its every time I bring it in with appointment or with out appointment. I will try my next service at a different Toyota dealer. Also the screen that shows the status of the vehicle was never updated always said need authorization so I never new what the actual status was only when I asked Bryan he then had to go back in the Service area to check the status.

Rick greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant and courteous. He gave me an estimated as to time when my car would be ready (it was ready earlier than expected) and also offered to have my car washed (very nice touch!). Thank you, Rick

Customer service wasn’t the best plus I had an appointment and I still had to wait 2:30hours to get the oil changed. Victor told me it would take 2hours what is too much for somebody who has appointment. When I was leaving a lady asked him how long would it take he said as he don’t have an appointment it’ll take 2 hours so I said to her I had an appointment and it took 2:30hours. Im not happy with the customer service at all! I should have gone to when I bought the vehicle

Gus was great and my service was fast and efficient. I will however say that I’ve been very dissatisfied with the car wash service. I’ve used it 3 times since my purchase in March and there have been bugs, scuffs, and dirt on the windows each time. Even though it’s a complimentary service it should still be done right.
