Jennifer was awesome and very welcoming. The other staff were nice and a few greeted me or stopped to chat. I had a coffee and read for a hour and before I knew it, my oil change was done. No complaints here! :)

I had two issues to fix. Both were discussed a week prior to me dropping off my car. The day it’s dropped off someone else at service helped me, Mike was busy. So my car had the repair scheduled Monday. I get a call Monday afternoon they fixed one issue not both because, as I heard it, lack of communication. This has happened to me before where there is breakdown in communication. I don’t know if it’s an issue when it’s typed in the computer or when breakdown occurs. Mike was great. I had a loaner so it made life easier. Beings this is the second time I wanted to bring it to someone’s attention.
