Seriously, I am so impressed that a dealership is willing to do the right thing without being pressed or asked. Recently, my WRX was serviced for a break flush. Unfortunately some of the fluid took some of the plasti dip from my wheels. Jen let me know right away and even include pictures. But I was impressed that y’all were willing to discount or fix. I appreciate that it’s been easy to deal with. I have worked for two different dealers in town that really soured my taste, but these have completely turned it around. I, myself, would be happy to work your company. Thanks again for all the help with my STI

This wasn’t a scheduled service so I was very grateful they could look at my vehicle right away and get the problem resolved and also pleasantly surprised that the cost of the battery was covered.

It was wonderfully simple as always. I dropped off my new ascent for application of the rock guard and was given a timeline of abot 2 or 3 hours. I was given a loaner.. it took one and a half hours and agIn i was amazed. Thank you.

Brandon was great. I unfortunately got to my car after service closed but sales helped me get my car. Brandon told me that I wouldn’t be charged for the oil change due to warranty work that would be required to change the oil. But I believe I was charged. I got 4 new tires but for some reason there were no caps on any of the valves of the tires. I also found a bracket from a windshield wiper on my front passenger floorboard that someone left after working on my car. I have all my work done at Subaru. I would say this is the first time I’m not completely satisfied with the work done.
