Was in Sioux Falls from out of town and I was able to get my forester in without an appointment and get repairs done. That saved me a trip and it was appreciated.

Chris Breen was amazing! Helpful at every turn and more than happy to get all of my concerns addressed and fixed. All interactions with him were professional and sincere. If the question is about over all experiences, then I would have to say it was not great. Again I find no fault with Chris, he did an amazing job as seemingly short staffed as he was during the times my car was there.

No car wash due to concerns over Covid but yet you have snacks out for people to touch and eat. No loaners for express services. I was told it would be 90 mins for express services.
