Ryan was very polite and helpful in setting up a loaner vehicle so that I could get some shopping done while I waited. I appreciated his accurate timing in how long it would take and call when it was finished.
Trevor was awesome friendly and great to work with the technician did not do his job tire light was still on when I received the car and later when I got home I looked under the hood washer reservoir was not topped off and antifreeze was not brought up to the full mark very disappointed first time there nice lounge area clean restrooms.
We had a factory recall done and an oil change when the vehicle was pulled around the repressive came in and got someone they opened the hood looked at something then closed the hood. We took the vehicle home and haven’t used it until Saturday evening now it won’t start. We have had multiple issues with work done on other vehicles. We only use you for this one because it is a leased vehicle. The service is so bad if it weren’t leased I would never set foot on your lot again. I’ll be calling Monday for you to resolve yet another issue that was not fixed properly.
Your shop is expensive. But Jen was great!

Brandon was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. He thanked me for helping another customer who had fallen by not charging me for the oil change. This was very much appreciated and very kind.
Taylor was much better than my last advisor, he kept me updated the entire time.
They were very late picking up my car. Said by 9AM, but was actually 10 AM. I told the person who I made the appointment with that I did NOT want tires rotated, and mentioned it again when I called to see why they hadn't come yet. Still got a call from serviceman asking if I wanted it done. Better communication between them and to customers about delays would be good. I really appreciate your valet service! The serviceman found a nail in my tire and fixed it. Thank you! You are still awesome, if not totally excellent this time.
We are always treated well there. We got an oil change, and had someone check our tires.
