He informed me how long and what was going to be done. When it was finished he let me know what was done and came over to m personally to tell me. Great customer service relations.

My windshield looks amazing. My car was washed, customer service at counter was wonderful, a loaner helped me get my father taken care of while my car was being worked on AND when i came to pick up my car... she had the young man back my car in next to the loaner and so my dad who is 84 and doesnt move so well could tranfer from the loaner to mine... AND he opened the doors and helped my dad!! The service is always great but the Schulte people are the best!!! Thank you!
We had a great experience when we got our new tires installed. Jennifer called right after we left to inform us we were almost due for an oil changed and asked if we wanted that done too.
