I love mike!! He’s a friend of mine and I love how whenever I come in I know he will treat me like family!!! Him and Jeremy are like family to me and I love these guys!!! No matter how long I have to wait even if it’s for a simple oil change it’s always worth it because of the family I have there!

Over $200 to change a fuse seems excessive. Maybe instead of taking apart the blower start small and work your way up to bigger issues. I may not understand what needed to be done in order to change it, as that wasn't explained. Service has always been excellent, always appreciate getting in as needed.

It was a really busy Friday but everyone took the time and made things go by quickly.
I appreciate Brandon working to solve the issue with my car. The window popped back down when I was halfway home, but would not replicate when I returned to Schulte Subaru. This happened twice. The service department was going to send me home, as they said nothing was wrong with my car. I did not feel safe driving the vehicle home in this condition. I would have preferred that the first time I drove back to the dealership, the service department kept the vehicle so that I didn't have to take a chance driving it again. At the beginning of this survey, I would have selected "NO" for the question about my service experience, but didn't, because they finally agreed to keep the car-- just wish it had been after the first time this happened. Just because they couldn't duplicate the problem did not mean there was not a problem. Thank you for asking.
