I’ve never had an issue with the service at Subaru until this most recent time. Zach had called and left a voicemail and asked me to call him back to discuss the details about my car . I called and left a voicemail that same day, did not get a return phone call, I called the next day and left another voicemail still didn’t hear back. My husband called on Thursday had to leave a voicemail and still nothing. On Monday my husband called and got transferred to his voicemail again this time he spoke to an operator and she was able to tell us that what was going on and when we could expect my car to be done. When Zach called on Tuesday advising me my car was done I had to ask him about the windshield damage and honestly he was very short and rude. I have always worked with Taylor Welk in the past and he has always been wonderful to work with along with the other staff. I’m chalking this service up to hopefully Zach was extremely busy and was having a rough day. Thanks
