Question: In the work done yesterday we found needed repairs to the IPM assembly and the audio unit. Is there an upgrade audio unit or is the only unit to replace it the same type?

Customer Service is always a 10 at Lifetime Kia. I don’t get pushed into services I don’t need so I feel confident when they say I do need extra service it is needed. The work is done in a timely manner and I am kept informed of progress. The waiting area is clean.

I couldn’t be happier with Jeff and the whole KIA team!! Lifetime KIA never disappoints me. What a difference my new tires made in the comfort and being a realtor selling a lot of land the grid is definitely better. I ventured into the showroom with questions about how to use some things and that too turned into a Great Value Experience With Sales Rep Josh Butterworth. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIFETIME KIA!! They Care About The Customer!
