You continue to exceed my expectations when I come in for service on my 2023 Telluride. I am always immediately met with a friendly smile and you take my car in immediately and begin work on it. The waiting room is cozy and comfortable where I enjoy relaxing until my car is ready. I get my car back spotlessly cleaned inside and out, work is complete and my car and I are once again thankful that we chose KIA.

Jeff Cagle is the highlight of the service department. He treats everyone like somebody, and he is always willing to answer our questions or concerns. To put it like this; if Jeff wasn’t with Lifetime Kia, we would take our Kia to a different dealership for service.

Lifetime Kia has the best service department imaginable. I am 70 years old and have been servicing my cars at the dealerships for all my vehicles for the past 54 years. I have never been this impressed with any dealership’s service department. They are courteous, professional, and delightful to do business with. Many thanks.

Given you don’t have any service on the weekends so I have to take time off work, I wish a simple oil change could go a bit fast than an 1.5 hours with a scheduled appt.

The only thing they didn't do was turn off the emergency messages that come up when it's time to have an oil change.
