Parts were ordered and paid for in advance but the parts were not received. Told parts on order but not available and no ETA. Previous experience several years past, now suspicious about product. Understand that dealer has no control but believe dealer should compensate for Nissan by offering free installation of parts or 50% reduction of installation cost and settle with Nissan for compensation.

My car was ran about 30 miles. Was dropped off with full tank and picked up with half tank. Luckily I voiced it and my tank was filled. Why do they use vehicles to run errands. Maybe their personal vehicles can be used next time!
We have spent approximately $1,600 and the problem was not been solved. They keep telling me different things every time.
Today we went to the Nissan in San Bernardino and it was a bad experience, what they did was ****. They were saying my car had yellow paint it was in an accident when it wasn’t, I had ran over yellow paint the city left on the street

The last two times my advisor just rushes through what was found that needs to be fixed. He is not customer service oriented. Also, I was told my brake fluid was in the red and I just got that changed. Also, they did not check my tire pressure. I had too much pressure in my tires. I feel like the honesty of this dealership is lacking. I’m not sure I want to bring my vehicle back.
