The actual customer service was amazing; however, if you know you’re short staffed, DON’T book over 30 plus clients in one day. It’s a complete waste of my time, effort, and money.
Eddie, from the Service department was very courteous and helpful. He answered all of my questions and truly made me feel like I am a valued customer. To be honest, I haven’t always had such a pleasant experience when visiting your establishment.

I did request a marking of my catalytic converter, but Nissan told me they did not have any etching tools to do that for me.
Ed Brady was absolutely fantastic. He was insightful and responsive. In prior experiences, with other service centers, the wait was arduous and information nonexistent. Ed made service pleasant and put me in the place to make informed decisions about what I wanted to do. Thank you so much, great job.
