Aleena was awesome but your internet service scheduling and communications completely miss the mark. There is nothing on your website that describes that an appointment is not really an appointment and that you instead use a first come, first serve policy. Your website doesn't mention this; the appointment confirmation email fails to mention this; the appointment reminder email fails to mention this. You are putting your service advisor in the the very unfortunate position of having to explain why the car will not be serviced until much later. Aleena is a gem and handles this very well and deserves to be recognized for this but does not deserve to be put in that position multiple times everyday. Additionally, I received a "Payment Invitation" email at 6:25am this morning letting me know my service was done and I could make my payment for an appointment that was completed yesterday. In 2021, you just don't expect this low-tech, dissatisfying internet experience from a dealer for one of the major car brands. I would hope you address these technology disconnects quickly. Thanks for taking my feedback.
