I called prior to setting my appointment and was told that the shuttle would be available at 7 am. I made my appointment based on the given information and that the shuttle would take me to work. Was told when I got there that the shuttle is not available until 830. Lady in service also told me repairs would take 6 hours. Had I been given accurate information I would have made my appointment for a different time.

Fast enough as my car was ready around two hrs and had to call in a few times until I finally got to talk to him late in the afternoon

Rudy is probably the best Service Manager I’ve ever had since using CSN. The problem was with the service. I paid CSN almost $4000.00 over the past two weeks for work on my car. I had my voice recognition left unplugged. All of the screws from my glove compartment were left on the floor. Now there is a rattling sound coming from underneath my hood. Am I supposed to trust that those two things were the only thing left undone? I am bringing my car back this weekend and hopefully CSN will do the right thing. Thank God for Rudy. He’s been a savior.

I was particularly impressed by the attention and quality follow up by the Service manager. I really appreciated his concerns and actions particularly as a first time service user at Cora springs Nissan.
