He is very thorough and explains well what is going on with my vehicle. What is needing to be done now and what can wait. All of that is good information and I appreciate that he takes his time to explain.

JUAN IS THE BEST

My appointment was for 9:30. I arrived at 9:32. There were two cars in front of me and I could only see two more cars in the drop off but everyone was waiting in their cars. There were advisors walking around but I didn't see them assisting anyone. A girl came over and asked who I needed to see and I responded, "Juwn", she turned around and walked away! It would be another 20 min. before she came back and told me to pull up, stay in the car and Juan would be over to write up my ticket. I was there a total of 23 min. before my ticket was written up. There was no apology for the long wait. He knew I was waiting because he walked right in front of my car to assist another client that took a long time. I would have to wait another two hours before my car was ready. I understand that the service dept was busy but to have to wait 23 min to have the service ticket written up is not acceptable. When I did get my car back it had been cleaned and Juan walked me out to my car (with an umbrella due to the rain).
