Me Rogers has always been pleasant every time we have come. From scheduled service appts to dropping in because something was right - he has always been very pleasant and helpful - live working g with him
I was satisfied with the price, timing, and service of my vehicle. Two things I did not appreciate however. 1. A sales rep called me from the floor while I was waiting in the show room to talk to me about an appraisal. I’m on the floor, why not just come talk to me? - i would have said no, clearly you can see I just bought my vehicle, even though it was a different dealership, you should sti be able to see that. Why would I trade in for less than I paid just a few months ago?
2nd. Your service member told me I needed to urgently flush and replace numerous fluids and filters. Again, I just bought the car a few months ago. It won’t need those fixes for at least another 7-12k miles.
I don’t appreciate lazy salesmenship, trying to con me into negitove equity, or trying to tell me fluids which were just replaced a few months ago need to be flushed again. If you want your consumers to return you need to treat them with dignity and not undermine them. This was a very disappointing first service post sale, I have enjoyed my Altima to this point.
Have to fight too hard for service at your place. It’s frustrating. Then finally finished my car and left the hazard lights on all night so you drained my battery and had to replace it this morning.
Francis is the only Nissan Associate that I prefer to deal with whenever I come in with my Nissan Sentra for services to the dealership because, he is very professional, patient, well mannered, and also very understanding of the the customers needs and wants. Therefore that makes him a perfect ten in my book ???? of the best Nissan associate of all time….
