Yes, the receptionist was very nice and polite. He showed me the restaurant close to Nisan While waiting. I think the mechanic(s) did also well to replace The Oil, Oil filter, and balance the tires.

I had an appointment at 2:00pm I was told to be back before 4:30pm I got back before 4:30pm and my vehicle still wasn’t finish. I never had to wait for my car that long dealing with Toyota. That was my first time at Nissan and the experience was awful. But the service manager he was great!
