I like being able to go in and request something and it gets done. If I say I don’t want to do something then that should be the final word. In today’s interaction, if felt like I was being convinced to do something that at that moment, I could not. I don’t like that especially as a woman.

Upon arrival I was met by Hector, he was very welcoming, which assured me that I had chosen the right Nissan dealership to have my vehicle serviced. He let me there would be a slight delay due to the high volume of vehicles being serviced and that I had arrived during lunch time. Upon completion of my vehicle being serviced, he call to let me know my vehicle was ready. He thoroughly explain what service was provided and recommended. Much to my surprise, when I received my vehicle it had been washed and dried. This was a much needed going above and beyond service as I am traveling thru the area. Service is how I rate auto dealerships, not by the salesman, anyone can sale you the vehicle you want to purchase. Not every service department earns your return. Coral Springs Nissan you guys rock! He gave me a real time 3 to 4 hours to fix the airbags and at a 2 hour wait it was completed thank you !great personality and very informative about your services I would recommend your services to any of my freinds!
