My first complaint is when I scheduled my appointment , I had received a confirmation of my appointment made. I had to reschedule and when I called to cancel and reschedule , a guy told me I can’t cancel because I wasn’t in the system in the first place. I insisted how can that be when I received confirmation. The guy was being rude. I said I guess I don’t have to worry than. I wanted to reschedule and he started to get an attitude so I said I’ll just call back. The day of my original appointment I decided to call back to make another appointment. The **** the phone said I was scheduled that same day. I said I had called to cancel. She said it was never cancelled. Go figure .. so the guy I spoke with never cancelled because he insisted the appointment was never made. I told the girl the story and she couldn’t have an answer for me. Anyway I rescheduled for another day. I had to wait two hours for an oil change. I could very easily gone to anyone but I like to be consistent with Nissan. I am very disappointed with what had transpired between the appointments and Why did I had to wait two hours for a oil change? Very frustrating !!
