Disaster, I've been there for 2hrs and 30 mns, so nothing hasn't been done. They told me the car would be done after 2hrs and 30 mns, but they didn't even touch it yet . finally , "They can't perform the Job without buying a new battery" according to them; bad experience to me ...

Your warranty process is the worst thing I have ever heard. How can a battery that was just replaced under the “pro-ration” that I paid for initially go bad after 3 weeks and not carry either the same warrant or a manufacturer warrant? Why would you out a defective battery in my car to begin with? Not a happy customer after 3 cars with the auto mall

Dave is a true assets to your company. His customer service skills are truly valuable. He made up for a mistake that was made by his constituents which put me in an inconvenient situation. Amends were made which was an indication that you guys care. Employ more people like him and you guys may experience exponential growth. He definitely deserves a raise.
