The service performed was terrific and Louis was great, but we were a bit disappointed that we didn't get the usual complimentary carwash. Overall, except forthe 4 hour wait it was fine.Loved the coffee machine!!

My vehicle has a major issue with an inner oil leak. I was told I can do a simple job that can somewhat solve the problem but that I was required to do an oil change every 2,000-3,000. Telling me that this will not not solve the issue but can help reduce the loss of oil in my car by getting this $850 job done because the other way of tearing the entire engine apart will be super expensive without giving me a price. I asked if Hyundai covered this type of expense since I bought the car used at I believe approximately 22,000 it is now at 61,000 has a major issue that I would think it’s something I should not be dealing with. I was given very little response to my concern when I simply said I’ll just take my car without anything being done I immediately got the ok with no questions or other advices or seemed as I was just let go as that was the easier route for Hyundai.

Upset that my experience turned into a run around of paying for things that didn’t address the issue I came in for. Was told to pick up my car because it was ready, only to have the engine light still on and nothing resolved.
