It has been a pleasure taking my Hyundai in for routine service. It is very much a pleasure to speak to the person who has been assigned to check you in for the service. Gary happened to be assigned the day I took my suv for the 10,000 miles service. Gary came out to Introduced himself and he asked if I had any questions/concerns about the concerns about my vehicle. I had a few concerns and he wrote everything down and that he would have my concerns looked at. He assured me that everything would be resolved and it was. One happened to be the radio and they ordered a new radio because it was defected. I was very happy with Gary and I will always take my car back. Even the rest of the stuff were very helpful, this is the first time since Covid that I actually had great customer service and support. I’m very thankful for the service I received. I would recommend highly recommended Notm Reeves Hyundai super store of Cerritos and I have sent my friends there.

The car has less than 4000 miles and the battery died. Found out the problem was that the dealer didn't remove the alarm system the dealership installed which drained the battery. I had to drive all the way to Cerritos after spending 6 hours at the other dealership. Scott Kim at first denied that it's not possible the problem is after market alarm system. When the car was brought in alarm tech was brought in and removed the "after market alarm". When I asked him to give me receipt showing the job done he refused first because the dealership didn't put that on. I want to ask you that who installed the alarm if your dealership didn't installed it and is it correct way to respond?. He never acknowledged issue and no apologies for waisting my time. He was too busy with "NEW BUYER" hang up the phone before I am done with him. He probably knows that I won't be returning customer.

Juan was very professional throughout the process and helped us get our mechanical issue get fixed for free from Corporate. Also, a fast turn around with service. Definitely one of the smoothest and best experiences we had at a dealer service dept.

Louie Ramos is one of the best customer relations personnel that I’ve encountered. He is extremely attentive to the customers needs and makes sure that I left the dealership happy. I was disappointed to see I was charged for labor-I was told I would not be. I would like $277.00 refunded back to me. I will be calling to speak to manager.

Moe was extremely helpful and communicated with me during the time my vehicle was being serviced. This was my first time at this Hyundai service center and Moe went above and beyond. Having had a bad experience at a difference Hyundai service center, Moe made this experience comfortable for my partner and I. We will definitely make this our new service center for my vehicle.

Everything at dealer went well. But the complimentary car wash is worthless. To have the customer vacuum your own car is just crazy. Then they want a tip at the end.
