Excellent customer service.
Candice was very friendly. I didn't have an appointment, and I drove up, and the employee that greeted me told me there was a possibility a 4 hour wait until they can squeeze me in. He went inside and asked to see if I was able to get my car serviced. Candice came out and checked me in herself and I asked her if I was able to get my car serviced without an appointment, and she said, "Yes I'll take care of you!" To me that is customer satisfaction at the highest level! Candice wasted no time. Thank you Candice for your outstanding service and great customer service.

Lou was a very pleasant individual to work with. He was thorough and explained how everything was going to happen. He kept me informed on the progress of the service. Hyundai is lucky to have him as one of their employees. On a scaling of 1 to 10 he is truly a 10. On a separate issue I was shocked that with only 11,000 + miles on my car that I need new tires. I’m going to be 80 soon and I never in all my vehicles did I have to get tires so soon. Thank you for letting me vent. I love the car.
Lack of communication. I was never given a breakdown of all the repairs even after I paid for them until my wife picked up the car.

My experience at normal reeves cerritos was horrible I feel like all the time it's something not right or someone not giving great customer service from sales to service ????. The only thing that made this experience better was Enrique to be honest I dealt with him serval times and he stopped me when he seen once again I was having trouble with normal reeves employees yet again. Also my car is horrible it's always something wrong with it would not buy another car from hyundai

I was told everything was completed and my husband marked tires and my tires were not rotated as I asked. I only go a wheel alignment because I was changing tires and they would not refund me my wheel alignment even when I told them I only did it because I was rotating my tires
