Told 2 hour wait which is already excessive at 2.5 hours I went to ask how Much longer which was told 5-10 more minutes then at 3 hours I asked someone to Get me car because it was parked in eye sight. Once my service package is through I will be going to a different spot for my car needs.

Your Service was excellent. Your Manager explained all my options. He helped me get the service contract needed to pay for the work. Was very helpful . He managed to have the service driver get me back to your facility to be able to wait until the work was completed. The service cashed also took his time to inform me of all that was done to my car. Tow drop off. I was contacted the next day to give me an update when they will be able to diagnose the vehicle. 2 days later I got a call with the diagnoses and update of part that needs to be ordered and got my car back in a reasonable time frame and under warranty.

One would think that since an extended coverage policy was purchased from the dealership at the same time the car was that this dealership would be able to find it easily and avoid issues with coverage.
