Candice assistance me with my appointment this morning. She scheduled my uber ride, sent me a text to let me know my car was ready and greeted me by name with a pleasant smile when I arrived to pick up my car. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was I had to call to see if the part had come in. My initial appointment was on February 1st, I was told the part would arrive within 3 business days. It was nearly two weeks after my appointment that I took the initiative to check the status of the part.

I was in for a recall on my vehicle, I left the car for a couple hours only to be told that parts had to be ordered and I’d have to come back. I made an appointment several days before the service date and it seems to me that the part should have been ordered at that time so that the issue could have been resolved on my appointment day.
